Processing Time (does not include shipping time): All products are handmade crystal jewelry. After completion, we conduct a crystal purification ceremony. The processing time is within 15 days. A beautifully crafted and energetically charged piece of art deserves your patient waiting.

- International Orders (DHL Express):
  - Canada: 1-2 business days
  - UK: 2-3 business days
  - Australia: 3-4 business days
  - New Zealand: 3-4 business days
  - Mexico: 3-4 business days
  - Other international orders: Average around 3 business days

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
DHL On-Demand Features:
- Real-time shipping status alerts and estimated delivery date notifications.
- Buyers need to provide a correct phone number or email address to receive these notifications.

Buyer’s Responsibility:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
- Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible for changes. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
